Learn 2 Run

Mon. 26 Oct, 2026 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Mondays + Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am. Registration required - email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Location: Rotary Park - 337 Marshall Street

Beginner: Perfect if you’ve never run before or are returning after an injury or a long break. We start gently with 1 minute running / 2 minutes walking and gradually build through the 12 weeks toward completing a 5K using a comfortable run/walk approach.
Intermediate: For graduates of Learn 2 Run and experienced runners who want to run with a supportive group, improve distance or time, work on technique, tackle hills and other training challenges, and meet some amazing fellow runners.
Learn 2 Run is about progress, not pace. It’s a great way to stay accountable, meet new people, and keep motivated.
We’ll celebrate all that hard work with our Graduation 5K on Saturday, December 19 at 9:00 AM, followed by a group breakfast!
