Repeal and Replace

TAKE NOTICE that at the regular meeting of Middleton Town Council held on December 15, 2025, second reading was given for Council to repeal and replace the Farm Animals and Domestic Fowl, Chapter 32, with the new Livestock Bylaw, Chapter 62.

A copy of this bylaw may be viewed online at https://www.discovermiddleton.ca/town-hall/bylaws, in the December 15^th, 2025, agenda package, in person at Town Hall during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm) or email ea@town.middleton.ns.ca for a digital copy.

This Bylaw becomes law as of the date of this advertisement.
