REMO Annapolis (Regional Emergency Management Organization) is responsible for coordinating emergency management planning and response across the Annapolis region, including the Town of Middleton.
REMO Annapolis works collaboratively with municipalities (including the Town of Middleton), first responders, provincial agencies, and community partners to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies such as severe weather events, power outages, flooding, and other disasters. Their role includes emergency planning, coordination during incidents, public information, and supporting recovery efforts following an emergency.
Through regional cooperation and proactive planning, REMO Annapolis helps strengthen community resilience and ensures a coordinated approach to emergency management throughout the region.
