Facility Bookings and Rentals
In order to book any facility, groups or individuals are asked to complete a Facility Use Agreement, and provide insurance and payment where applicable.
Please note: You do not have to book a facility to use it, however, someone that has it booked will be given priority and is the sole organization/individual that can use that space at that time.

- Centennial Park
- Including the Splashpad
- Rotary Raceway Park
- Including basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, tennis court, horseshoe pits, beach volleyball, the pavillion, skate park
- Riverside Park
- Wetland Park

Seasonal Kayak and Canoe Loans - Beginning June 15:
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10:00am-4:00pm (last rental at 3:00pm)
Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm

Ages under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Available at Riverside Park (80 Bridge Street, Middleton)
Seasonal Snow Shoe and Ski Loans - Available When Snow Falls
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday
8:30am-4:30pm
Snow shoes, Skis, Boots, and Poles are available when there is snow on the ground.
All equipment is available in a range of sizes. To book equipment, contact:
Equipment is available at Town Hall (131 Commericial Street, Middleton) for pickup.
