What a day July 18th was!
Heart of the Valley Family Day brought Rotary Park to life with live music, bouncy castle, games, community booths, food vendors, face painting, cookie baking contest, miniature ponies, Survivor Challenge, slip and slide, family activities, dog agility and BMX demonstrations and so much more. It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying everything the day had to offer and spending time together in the community!
Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. To the volunteers, sponsors, community organizations, local businesses, performers, vendors, and partners - your time, energy, generosity, and enthusiasm made this event possible. Whether you organized an activity, donated prizes or supplies, volunteered behind the scenes, or simply jumped in wherever help was needed, your support made a real difference.
Seeing families, friends, and neighbours filling Rotary Park and enjoying the day's activities is exactly what Heart of the Valley is all about.
This event has long been part of Middleton's history, and the Town of Middleton is proud to be part of bringing it back after a brief break. Ideas are already being brainstormed and everyone is looking ahead to next year.
