Due to the location of the water line, traffic control will be required. This repair is now scheduled to take place tomorrow, August 7, at 8:00am.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane.
This work should be completed around 12:00pm tomorrow.
Properties on Main Street between Jones Avenue and Goucher Avenue will experience a temporary water service interruption lasting approximately two to three hours.

Public Works will begin work on the water line.
Properties on Main Street between Goucher Avenue and Jones Avenue will experience a temporary water service interruption lasting approximately two to three hours beginning between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Traffic will remain open through the work zone, and traffic control will no longer be required; however, lanes will be narrowed. Motorists are asked to reduce their speed and use caution when travelling through the area.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as these necessary repairs are completed.
Please be advised that Public Works is aware of a water leak on Main Street near NAPA Auto Parts.
Staff are currently arranging traffic control so repairs can be completed safely. A date and time for the work have not yet been confirmed.
