You will discover the basics of what essential oils are, how you can use them, why you would want to use them, guidance in which ones to use and experience them first hand. All are welcome. For those who are coming on their lunch hours, bring a brown bag lunch and don't be afraid to be a few minutes late. For those who are sensitive to scents, essential oils are natural products that are safe to use.
