A 6-week FREE program beginning April 22nd, presented by AVH to get people living healthier, how to prevent &/or manage chronic disease, learn healthly eating habits and much more. Program takes place Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm at Emmanual Church, Middleton. Space is limited, phone 825-6160 ext. 327 by April 8th to register.
