Mindfulness Workshop – Dates: Saturday July 8 11:00am – 12:00pm; Saturday July 15 11:00am– 12:00pm; Saturday July 22 11:00am – 12:00pm; Saturday July 29 11:00am -12:00pm.
Age Group: Adults, Seniors.
Description: Explore and practice beginner mindfulness in this interactive five-week workshop as you:
· cultivate self-awareness
· reduce reactivity to triggers
· choose helpful responses to stress
· focus attention
· enhance creativity
· be more present in relationships
· improve sleep habits
Participants will be seated in chairs. Please bring mats if you prefer to sit on the floor and pillows for extra comfort if you need them. Wear comfortable clothes and no scents. For ages 18+. Please plan to attend all five sessions. Registration for the series will close on July 8, 2023.
