Titan Training is a high-energy functional fitness class featuring 8 training stations designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility, all led by a certified instructor.

Location: Rotary Park - 337 Marshall Street (This is at AEES gymnasium until June 16 where it will move outside to the Rotary Park).
Price: $50 for an 8 card punch-pass (can also be used with Core Connections)
