Heart Run

Race Day Information

All distances will start and finish at Rotary Park in Middleton, with refreshments available before and after the run.

• Half Marathon Start: 8:00 AM
• 5 KM & 10 KM Start: 8:30 AM
• Check-in & Same-Day Registration: Begins at 7:00 AM

Please note that start times may be adjusted, including earlier starts, depending on heat or weather conditions to ensure participant safety. Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Water Stations

Water stops will be available along each route:

• 5 KM: 1 water stop
• 10 KM: Minimum of 2 water stops
• Half Marathon: Minimum of 5 water stops

Sustainability Update

We’re going cup-free! Disposable cups will not be provided on course. Instead, each participant will receive a free HydraPak Cup in their race kit to use during the event.

HydraPak is also offering all participants a discount code for their running products. A link to their store and your discount code will be provided after registration. The code is valid until the end of 2026. #HydraPak #SustainableRace

Registration Details

• Early Registration (before June 21): $45 for all distances
• All participants will receive a finisher’s medal and a special swag item.

Shirt Information

As of 4:00 PM on July 11, shirt sizes are not guaranteed. Registrations received after this time will receive shirts on a first come, first served basis. If your requested size is unavailable, an alternative swag item will be provided.

Additional Notes

• All routes will remain open for 3.5 hours
• No refunds will be issued for this event
• Non-service dogs are not permitted at the event
