The Town of Middleton will h old a Public Hearing on Tuesday\, May 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Middleton Fire Hall (49 Church Street).

The Public Hearing will address the following:

• 18 King Street – An application to amend the land use designation o f the property and permit the expansion of an existing dealership parking lot onto 18 King Street through a Development Agreement.

• Magee Dri ve – Proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Land Use By-law (LUB) to clarify that grouped dwellings may be consid ered by Development Agreement within the Residential designation.

This hearing provides an opportunity for r esidents and other interested parties to present comments to Council regar ding the proposed amendments and draft Development Agreement.
